the service was great. staff was accommodating. it's my second time in this hotel, and it was just as good as the first :)

From the moment we arrived at Fraser Suites, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were equally impressive. The pool was absolutely stunning, the perfect place to unwind and soak in the luxury of it all. The entire stay felt indulgent and relaxing, with everything maintained to the highest standard. Fraser Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-tier service and beautiful amenities, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room, we don’t have a single complaint. We sadly couldn’t use the pools provided as the weather was awful during our stay, but they looked lovely, clean & well maintained. The gym was more than satisfactory & never too busy. The little shop on the floor of building B was amazing; stocked with everything we could need & very convenient. Room service was affordable, quick & tasty - especially the Lava cake. Our suite was absolutely everything we could want & more; amazing TV, comfy sofa, comfy bed & pillows, amazing bathroom (rainfall shower & bathtub, heated toilet) and even a washer/dryer machine. As a couple who have been travelling for 3 months, this was an amazing touch. Even when the drying element stopped working, the team at Fraser Suites replaced the entire machine within an hour. Faultless service and 10/10 experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Supermarkets and shops are located within the building, so there's no need to worry about food. The lake is nearby, but it's a bit far from other areas. It's ideal for those seeking a peaceful, quiet living environment away from noise.

The swimming pools were great although a bit cold. Great for young children. We also liked that it has a small kids club that was perfect for entertaining young children (we have a 2.5yo). Staff was always very accommodating and very quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.
