The apartment was spacious and clean! The breakfast and lunch we ordered by the pool were high quality. Reception staff handled all our requests to a high standard. Beds were comfortable, pool was shady and cool.

I liked the consistency of what i would expect of Fraser suites in terms of apartment design/amenities that makes one feel like a home more than hotel. Cleanliness and prompt service when requested. Love having a well furnished aprtment with cooking utensils and washing machine. Good blackout curtains in room with comfortable bed. Service staff was great in guiding us on usage and helping us with dishes. The gym, swimming pool, sauna and breakfast were good too.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room, we don’t have a single complaint. We sadly couldn’t use the pools provided as the weather was awful during our stay, but they looked lovely, clean & well maintained. The gym was more than satisfactory & never too busy. The little shop on the floor of building B was amazing; stocked with everything we could need & very convenient. Room service was affordable, quick & tasty - especially the Lava cake. Our suite was absolutely everything we could want & more; amazing TV, comfy sofa, comfy bed & pillows, amazing bathroom (rainfall shower & bathtub, heated toilet) and even a washer/dryer machine. As a couple who have been travelling for 3 months, this was an amazing touch. Even when the drying element stopped working, the team at Fraser Suites replaced the entire machine within an hour. Faultless service and 10/10 experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel—everything from the warm hospitality to the beautifully designed rooms exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, the location was perfect, and the amenities made it feel like a true getaway. The food was top-notch, and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and refined.

Supermarkets and shops are located within the building, so there's no need to worry about food. The lake is nearby, but it's a bit far from other areas. It's ideal for those seeking a peaceful, quiet living environment away from noise.

Room with kitchenette was well equipped, staff was great and there are even two supermarkets in the same building. One of them is upscale with great bakery goods and prepared food.

The swimming pools were great although a bit cold. Great for young children. We also liked that it has a small kids club that was perfect for entertaining young children (we have a 2.5yo). Staff was always very accommodating and very quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.

Super mice & friendly staff, great property with services available including pools, bar, restaurants, shops next door, and shuttle to the city areas. The property is close to a lake, where you can take a walk or jog around it. And there are also plenty of eateries including restaurants, street foods and stands with local food. I was there for my birthday and the hotel staff sent me flowers with hand-written card with heartfelt words! That meant a lot to me and I have enjoyed my stay there even more!

The stay was super comfortable. Excellent, convenient location. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities was superb, the comfortable bed, Japanese style washlet, loved everything.
