Supermarkets and shops are located within the building, so there's no need to worry about food. The lake is nearby, but it's a bit far from other areas. It's ideal for those seeking a peaceful, quiet living environment away from noise.

Super mice & friendly staff, great property with services available including pools, bar, restaurants, shops next door, and shuttle to the city areas. The property is close to a lake, where you can take a walk or jog around it. And there are also plenty of eateries including restaurants, street foods and stands with local food. I was there for my birthday and the hotel staff sent me flowers with hand-written card with heartfelt words! That meant a lot to me and I have enjoyed my stay there even more!

Fantastic hotel! The location makes it easy to get to the city or the airport. The building has excellent insulation so there is no noise from the streets (treat in Hanoi). I loved the room, so comfortable and big spacious bathroom. Gym is great and the roof top pool just fantastic. There is also an excellent Japanese restaurant on top floor. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautifully appointed accommodations. The room offered everything I needed, except wash cloths and Q-tips. Not a big deal. The heated bidet was a lovely detail. And ensuite laundry was wonderful. The front desk gave us a good tip for finding a very good spot for lunch by the lake and also arranged an early morning driver to get us to the airport. Very helpful staff.

We stayed here twice, the apartments are absolutely incredible. Super modern rooms with comfy beds, great showers & amenities, mini kitchen and your own washing machines. You have incredible restaurants within the complex and the Japanese one is really great. On the top floor you’ll have the best view in town and a great bar. You have the new Lotte world just by a 10 min cab for anything you need and tons of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!
